Ali Hussein

Managing Partner

With over 35 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting, Ali Hussein brings deep expertise in financial systems setup, tax planning and assessment, risk evaluation, organizational restructuring, internal auditing, and accounting team development. His career reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence and strategic financial leadership.
Ali earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University and began his professional journey with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Egypt as an external auditor. He later joined PwC Saudi Arabia, where he served as a Senior Manager for seven years, leading audit and advisory engagements across various sectors.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ali has held executive leadership roles including CEO and CFO in industries such as retail, food and beverage, and real estate development. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.

Mohamed Salah

Senior Partner

Mohamed Salah brings more than 25 years of professional experience in auditing, tax planning and compliance, and navigating governmental procedures. Known for his in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and taxation, Mohamed is a trusted advisor to businesses seeking expert financial guidance and operational efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University and is an active member of the Register of Accountants and Auditors in Egypt, listed under registration number 18183.
Mohamed began his career at Nasr Abo El-Abbas Public Accountants and Consultants (Morison & Associates), where he specialized in auditing and value-added tax (VAT) advisory. Over the years, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality professional services and fostering long-term client relationships through integrity and accuracy.

Mohamed Hussein

Business Development Director

With over 8 years of experience in business development, Mohamed Hussein brings a strong track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results across dynamic and competitive markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from the American University of Rome.
Mohamed has worked with multinational companies across diverse industries, including insurance and ready-mix concrete, where he consistently contributed to revenue growth and market expansion. His ability to identify strategic opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and execute sales initiatives has led to significant performance improvements in each role.
He is recognized as a Sales Specialist, Client Management Expert, and a results-driven professional with a keen understanding of evolving market demands.
